When you register interest

VaultFlare LLC collects your name, work email, company, and the optional team information you provide when you register interest in a pilot. We use it to review your enquiry, respond to you, and explore whether a VaultFlare pilot is a good fit for your team. Please keep your team description general and avoid including confidential employee information.

Our website hosting and email providers help us receive your submission and communicate with you.

We retain your enquiry and related correspondence for 12 months after our last contact. If you become a pilot partner, we’ll explain any additional use of your information as part of setting up the pilot.

You can ask us to stop contacting you, request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it by emailing support@vaultflare.ai. You can also stop further pilot contact by replying to one of our emails.

Optional Google Analytics

On our live marketing site, we use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics. It uses cookies to show us which pages get read and how visitors move through the site. We do not send the pilot form’s name, email, company, or team description to Google Analytics.

Before acceptance, or if you reject analytics on a fresh visit, we do not load Google Analytics or send it measurements. You can change your choice using Cookie settings below or in the homepage footer.

Rejecting after acceptance disables further collection on the open page and prevents Google Analytics from loading on future visits while that preference is saved. It cannot recall requests already sent or cancel downloads already in progress. Previously created analytics cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser; our disabled tag will not use them.

Your preference is stored in this browser. If browser storage is unavailable, a choice applies only to the current page and may not be remembered after a reload. Opening Cookie settings does not change your saved choice.

Other site analytics

Vercel Web Analytics is separate from Google Analytics. It helps us understand site traffic and does not use the Google analytics cookies. The Google analytics preference does not control Vercel Web Analytics.
